1070 aluminum has the characteristics of high plasticity, corrosion resistance, good conductivity and thermal conductivity, but its strength is low, it is not strengthened by heat treatment, and its machinability is poor. Heat treatment process for 1070
oil quenching and tempering. The strength of this kind of steel wire is not as good as that of lead bath treated steel wire, but the properties are uniform and the cost is low.
