Heat treatment
1) Homogenization annealing: 515 ~ 530 ℃; The heat preservation time is 12-16h; The furnace is cold.
2) Complete annealing: 380-450 ℃; The heat preservation time was 30-120 min; Air cooling.
3) Rapid annealing: 350-370 ℃; The heat preservation time was 30-120 min; Air cooling.
4) Quenching and aging: quenching 530 ~ 540 ℃, water cooling; Artificial aging (forging, sheet) 160 ~ 170 ℃, 10 ~ 16h, air cooling; Natural aging time at room temperature is unlimited
Applications for 2A16
It is mainly used for parts working at 250-350 ℃, such as bearing, compressor blade, disc, plate, welding parts working at normal temperature and high temperature, such as container, airtight bin, etc.
