Heat treatment
1) Homogenization annealing: 480 ~ 495 ℃; Heat preservation for 12-14h; The furnace is cold.
2) Complete annealing: 390-430 ℃; The heat preservation time was 30-120 min; Furnace cooling to 300 ℃, air cooling.
3) Rapid annealing: 350-370 ℃; The heat preservation time was 30-120 min; Air cooling.
4) Quenching and aging [1]: quenching 495 ~ 505 ℃, water cooling; Artificial aging 185-195 ℃, 6-12h, air cooling; Natural aging: 96h at room temperature.

Applications for 2A12
